This morning I had a bowl of peaches and cream oatmeal. I was craving a Nutri-Grain bar, so I had one too. The oatmeal was so soft and creamy, and it tastes really good. Better than when I made it, since it had more time to sit and soak up the water. The Nutri-Grain bar went with it really well. I was a little hungry for more after, but had a class I had to prepare for.

After class, I ate lunch at around 12:30. I had some chicken alfredo, a Chinese egg and chives pocket, and some vegetables and beef. I also had some meatballs, which were really soft and tasted pretty good.

I also had an ice cream sandwich and a Nutri-Grain bar.

My parents were out of town for much of the afternoon and evening, so I went to Safeway again with my friend to buy dinner. I hesitated for a long time between the many options and delicious looking foods, but ultimately, I bought:

  • 1 Cheddar and Broccoli Quiche
  • 1 Mini Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pie
  • 1 Chicken Marsala Frozen Dinner
  • 1 Turkey and Smoked Gouda Sandwich
  • 1 Slice of Pumpkin Pie
  • 1 Milky Way Bar, 1 Twix Bar, and 1 3 Musketeers Bar
  • 2 Luna Protein Bars (1 Blueberry and 1 Lemon)



For dinner, I had the quiche, the pot pie, the frozen dinner, and the sandwich. The frozen dinner and pot pie were so-so, but the quiche and the sandwich were very good. After dinner, I ate the pumpkin pie, which was decent, and the Twix Bar, which was very good.

After my parents returned home, we walked Sparky and played some cards.



At around 9:00, I had a snack, which consisted of a strawberry yogurt, a PBJ, and a slice of chocolate cake. It tasted delicious, and I wanted more, but felt kind of full, so I didn't eat any more. I felt very satisfied--just a little bloated, but nothing severe. Hopefully I don't start feeling guilty after eating.
